The second weekend of our straw bale building workshop will be the weekend of September 25th and 26th. The last workshop was a huge success, and we are looking forward to learning the rest of the process. The workshop is being lead by regional expert Mark Schueneman. We'll experience mixing earthen plaster and the best techniques for applying it to our straw. Once again, there will be an introductory class session followed by actual practice. A donation of 75$, or as your income allows is recommended, but feel free to bring food if nothing else. We'll start around 9am both days and go until 5 or so. We hope to see you there!
